Basic Guidelines
Word Limit: Abstracts should be at or less than 2000 characters.
Language: Submissions must be in English and free from grammatical errors.
Format: The abstract should be written in a single paragraph without subheadings.
What type of Research?: All types of research are invited to present! STEM research from high school to college, literature reviews, oral presentations, health science reports, and more!
Registration: Free
Who?: All students from the Florida area spanning from masters to undergraduate to high school
Abstract Structure
Your abstract should concisely summarize your research and include the following elements:
Title: Clearly reflect the research topic (limit: 20 words).
Background/Introduction: Briefly introduce the research question and its significance.
Methods: Summarize the methodology or approach used in the research.
Results: Highlight key findings (preliminary data may be included if results are not yet finalized).
Discussion/Conclusion: State the implications or potential impact of the research.
Submission Process
Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by March 14th at 11:59 PM.

Review Process: Submissions will be reviewed for clarity, relevance, and adherence to guidelines. Accepted presenters will be notified by March 16th.
